Smart Metering DSMR + OMS Solutions
Vitelec has been developing communication modules for an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), also called AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) or Smart Metering, for different manufacturers of gas, water and electricity meters since early 2007. Smart Metering has therefore become one of Vitelec’s main fields of application. Access Control
Access ControlLocks is a field in which Vitelec has undertaken a number of developments. On the one hand in the area of wirelessly controllable mechatronic locks, for Assa Abloy for instance, and on the other very specific locks for professional use developed to customer wishes, in retail (display case locks for electronics chains) and commercial buildings for instance. In many cases the super low power RF Link is combined with RFiD technology.
